TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order at www.shopsacko.com you agree on stated terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated so please read the terms and conditions previous to every order placement. If you have any questions you are welcome to contact info@shopsacko.com and we are happy to help.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website is shown including tax. All prices are in the currency stated on the website. Please note that local charges such as conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, custom duty etc may apply depending on where you live and your local regulation. Such charges will not be refunded or covered by us. In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, we reserve the right to charge you both depart and return shipment cost as well as the additional fees generated by the customs. The order will not be valid if we cannot confirm the billing and shipping adress that you provide. We accept payment through credit card such as Visa and Mastercard.


SWEDISH ORDERS

Swedish orders are shipped with Postnord and delivered to your mailbox or nearest post office service point. Orders are processed as soon as possible and latest within 7 days after order placement. A notification will be sent by sms or dispatch note when your package is ready to be collected. Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide and international orders are shipped with Postnord and later handled by a local courier in your country. Orders are processed as soon as possible and latest within 7 days after order placement. International orders are typically delivered within 5-8 business days but please allow up to two weeks delivery time depending on where you are located as well as handling time for customs which we can not affect.If you cannot find a delivery option to your country please e-mail info@shopsacko.com and we will help. 


NOT COLLECTED ITEMS

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As we sell unique one-of-a-kind garments, second hand garments and handcrafts with only one item of each we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please consider every purchase carefully by reading the description text, care instruction and looking at enclosed photos before placing an order. Please note that color on garments are hard to capture exactly and color appearance may vary from computer screen to computer screen. All second hand items are sold in current condition. Second hand garments may show signs of wear but anything significant will always be stated and pictured in the description. The color of natural dyes may have color variation to it and may fade with time. If you experience drastic color loss after following our care instructions do not hesitate to contact us and we are happy to help. Sizes are always stated if they exist. Some second hand garments and hand made items lack sizing, in these cases we will add an approx size (most of the times given in approx age). Please note that these are estimations, if you need more detailed measurements please contact us and we will provide when time will permit. If you have any questions about the items you want to purchase please contact us before placing an order.


PERSONAL DATA

By purchasing from SACKO, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal information. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We do not sell or otherwise distribute your information to third parties without legal basis.

SACKO is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us in order to handle your order.

Payment Provider

Upon completion of purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. 

The payment service provide is Stripe.

Shipping Companies

In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is the first name, last name and address of delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

The freight companies we work with is Postnord.

Then we protect your personal information.  We use industry standards such as SSL / TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal information and passwords. We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik which is driven by Quickbutik AB located in Helsingborg.
